Invoices and accounting supporting documents are retained for ten years from the end of the relevant fiscal year.
Contact messages are retained for as long as necessary to process and follow up on your request. When correspondence relates to an order, a warranty, or a dispute, the retention period follows the requirements applicable to the specific case.
You can request that your customer account be deleted by emailing mylmelo@hotmail.com. Deleting your account does not result in the deletion of documents that we are required to retain to comply with our legal obligations.
