Inspired by the reflections on Diana Pond in Corsica, this textile work combines shades of light blue, turquoise, deep blue, and aqua green in a luminous, contemporary composition.
The fabrics overlap like fragments of light on the surface of the water.
I did not seek to reproduce the landscape, but rather to capture its radiance, movement, and color harmonies as I experienced them.
Reflets de Diana is a one-of-a-kind piece, created from textile fragments that I assembled and sewed together in my studio in Calvi.
