“Humeurs du large ” is a contemporary textile work inspired by the contrasts of the Corsican landscape: a stormy sky, deep blues, the turquoise light of the sea, and the earthy tones of the maquis.

Layers of fabric, graphic lines, embroidery, and touches of paint come together to create a free-flowing landscape, somewhere between a seascape and an evocation of the ocean floor.

The work plays on contrasts in materials, geometric rhythms, and colorful details to create a composition that is both structured and vibrant.
